The U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College educates and trains warrant officers to solve problems using Mission Command while applying their technical expertise in support of leaders on tactical, operations, and strategic level staffs during operations in complex and uncertain operational environments. USAWOCC serve as the focal point for U.S. Army warrant officer professional and leader development matters, and execute duties as the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command’s executive agent for warrant officer professional military education and warrant officer initial military training, both Active and Reserve.

Col. Kevin E. McHugh graduated from George Mason University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and commissioned as an armor second lieutenant. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree from Webster University in business and operational securities and a second master’s degree from the Joint Advanced Warfighting School in military strategy. McHugh’s previous assignments include: tank platoon leader, mortar platoon leader, and tank company executive officer, 1-35th Armored Regiment at Baumholder, Germany. READ MORE
