For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:
Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.
Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.
To register a new student log into FinalForms Under Parent, click on “New Account” If you have a child in Canton City and need to add another child, log into FinalForms under the Parent tab with your email and password. Click on “Add Student” in the upper right corner.
What Is Final Forms?FinalForms is an online form management system where you can fill out and sign important school and sports forms for your child. Families complete all enrollment forms, back-to-school forms, and permission slips for sports or clubs in FinalForms
How Do I Update FinalForms Each Year?Log into FinalForms Click “Update Forms” under Actions Review and update the information in FinalForms and sign the forms again.
How Do I Change My Phone Number or Address?Log in to FinalForms Click “Update Forms” under Actions Update the address and/or phone number under the appropriate contact and sign the form again. NOTE: If you are updating your address, a new proof of residency must also be uploaded. See “What is Proof of Residency” under What Do I Need To Register a Student”
What Do I do If I Forgot My Login Password/Email?Go to FinalForms Click the black ‘parent login” or Student login” button Click on “Forgot your email?” or “Forget your password?”
Who Can Register a Student?The student’s legal guardian can register the parent. The legal guardian has the authority to make decisions about the person's health, education, and welfare, ensuring they are properly cared for and their needs are met. Refer to the link Enrollment and Custody Questions for specifics on who can register a student.
My Child is New to Canton City. Students will attend the neighborhood school based on your address. Students are expected to attend their neighborhood school unless they are approved by the district to attend a Choice School.
